Article 1 Signatories of the Agreement

This Agreement is signed between the following parties:

1. SPECTACLES SHOP TRADING LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), the provider of game currency top-up services. The Company may offer game services through its own websites and platforms, including https://s.pettoy.top, as well as via third-party platforms operated by its partners.

2. You, also referred to as the “player” or “user” — a natural person who, through legal channels provided by the Company, obtains non-commercial authorization to install and use the game software or access game-related services.

Article 2 Definitions and Explanations

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms are defined as follows:

1. Game Services: Refers to the online operational services related to game software offered by the Company, including but not limited to the game top-up platform at https://s.pettoy.top.

2. Value-added service substitute currency: Refers to virtual props designed by the Company to fulfill transaction and communication needs within games. These can be acquired through RMB exchange or other official channels and are used solely within designated games for accessing specific in-game services.

Article 3 Intellectual Property Statement

1. The Company owns or is legally authorized to use all relevant intellectual property rights related to the game software and the game top-up platform (including but not limited to software copyrights, artwork rights, patent rights, and operational rights).

2. If the game services involve third-party intellectual property, and such third parties have specific usage requirements, the Company will inform you accordingly. You are obliged to comply with these third-party terms where applicable.

3. All rights not explicitly granted to the user under this Agreement remain reserved by the Company or the rightful owners.

Article 4 License and Use Restrictions

1. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the Company grants the user a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use its game top-up platform and related services for non-commercial purposes. Users may install the game software on personal mobile devices or computers and access the services as intended.

   Should the user require use beyond personal scope—such as for commercial purposes—a separate written authorization must be obtained. Any unauthorized installation, use, access, distribution, or commercialization shall be considered an infringement.

2. Unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Company, users are not allowed to engage in profit-driven or nonprofit activities using the game services or software outside the licensed scope.
